Just to clarify....

I fully agree with all of this. I was just making sure someone answered your

question of the HCG diet. (it could have been awhile ago, I just saw it in the

archives.)

Bee, I have a question regarding nutrition.

I have staff who are on a boarding plan at our camp. The food choices are

predominantly convenience type foods, often fried. They do supply some fresh

foods, but at the cheapest prices so not very nutrient dense.

My staff are starting to wear down, but can't afford to feed themselves

completely.

If you had a top 5 foods that they should carry with them to the dining hall to

supplement their meals, what would they be?
