Paraphrasing Bee, Candex is a cleanse and it is going to be very hard on you, since it dumps too many toxins at once into your system, causing more severe die-off symptoms than are necessary. It is better to cleanse your body the natural, slow way on the high " good " fats in the program, which even gets rid of heavy metals. Guest guest
Thanks, Ed, but the description and many of the reviewers disagree with you. " Yeasts and fungi can flourish only as long as their cell walls remain intact. Studies show that the natural enzymes in Candex dissolve these cell walls. Candex works gently, causing no " die off " reaction and has no adverse impact on healthy probiotics. " I think I may give it a shot. Guest guest
In the early stages of candida treatment I used Candex for three months according to their instructions. It didn't do anything - no die-off symptoms but no improvement either. That was my experience with it. Guest guest
Tom, Ed I've tried Candex for a while, without noticeable problems or increase in symptoms. In fact, it relieved my die-off symptoms, although it was not sufficient to 'cure' candida. I think diet change is still the key for that. I now use it occasionally to reduce flare-ups of symptoms. Which I assume you are still continuing the diet program. Moreover, I have reviewed many people's claim's on Candex and the bottom line , nobody reports recovery from Candida using it. When, people add other treatments, combined, most people report die off symptoms too intense and discontinue. Some people like, Zack, report no effect following regular dosage and for the one's that up the dosage, again are met with die off symptoms too uncomfortable. Thus, they also stop Candex. Some also found Candida was just kept at bay with Candex, pending the severity of their Candida issue. Giving the impression, their Candida was cured they cease the Candex, only to discover once they indulged on forbidden foods, their Candida issue was very much alive. Tom, you can go on Curezone's Candida forums and hear people trying all sorts of treatments, alone or in combination. And still years, later, in a lot of cases, no further ahead. Candex and many others have been tried there and to no avail. A lot of people in their desperation, sometimes fail to realize or remember the following: The only way to cure candida: Candida cannot be cured by " killing it off " by antifungals or otherwise. Candida is only cured by building up the immune system, which is done by: 1) Consuming " proper nutrients " (diet plus supplements), 2) Eliminating toxins and foods that feed candida (they also feed bacteria and cancer), 3) Eliminating damaging foods, and 4) Eliminating toxins in general. When the immune system is strong enough it will automatically " make " candida (or any bug, cancer, etc.) change back into the organism it is supposed to be when the body is healthy. Lastly, more is not better in regards to treatments and unfortunately, there are no magic pills. Best in Health, Ed group moderator

In your response to Tom...even though we've been told a million times by Bee that Candida cannot be killed off....that " Die-off " is an unfounded statement. You refer to people getting overwhelmed with " Die-off " symptoms using Candex? What do you mean? I am so confused on this site with the constant use of the word " Die-off " ....Which is it???? Why are people getting intense " Die-off " reactions from using Candex...if Candida does not " Die-off " ?.....you guy and girls....need to get your stories straight....it is very confusing trying to figure out what is really truthful? Guest guest
Dear Gail, Please read the article that explains why the term " die-off " shouldn't be used, since I don't believe you'd be writing to Ed and Zack if you did. The term " die-off " has been used with regards to candida forever, and it takes time to switch over to writing " healing and detoxifying symptoms and reactions " instead. It is always great for everyone to hear others experiences. Sometimes we learn from each other. Insofar of all the comments/posts, including yours on Candex, proves my statement of it not curing Candida, still stands. Nor do I expect it will change. Moreover, in regards to symptoms, I also revised and stated symptom relief will fluctuate, which has also been demonstrated throughout all the posts insofar. Symptom relief & experience will vary among people, depending on the extent of their Candida issue. Again, like all antifungals/clenses its not the solution. At best, its a bandaid of comfort for some. Antifungals can be useful, they're just NOT the complete solution i.e garlic ... minus the price tag ;-) Thanks again Ruth. The most important things for getting healthy are just this program, which includes: 1) Consuming " proper nutrients " (diet plus supplements), 2) Eliminating toxins and foods that feed candida (they also feed bacteria and cancer), 3) Eliminating damaging foods, and 4) Eliminating toxins in general. When the immune system is strong enough it will automatically " make " candida (or any bug, cancer, etc.) change back into the organism it is supposed to be when the body is healthy. It's like the manure pile and the flies, with the manure pile representing the poor condition of the body. You cannot get rid of the manure pile by killing off the flies. You must clean up the manure pile instead, which means building up your immune system. Also taking other supplements, herbs or spices, or even too many treatments overwhelms our bodies so they can actually stop and/or slow the healing processes. So K.I.S.S., which stands for Keep It Simple Sweetie! Just do this program and nothing else and Nature will look after you. God didn't make any stupid bodies, and the proper combination of nutrients are most important, along with the other things in the other 3 points above. I'm going to continue with the Candex as I feel like I'm having a lot of " die off. " +++Hi Tom, First of all " die-off " is a fabricated term that the medicos dreamed up in order to justify the use of antibiotics, which isn't applicable to getting healthy as explained in this article: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/heal2.php In fact all dis-ease processes are exactly the same as the healing and detoxifying processes that are created by the body itself in an effort to maintain its health. The only difference for people on this healthy program is they are now progressing towards health rather than becoming more and more unhealthy, or dis-eased, because they are giving their body what it needs to " be healthy " according to Nature's Laws on Health. The medical field labels each and every " sign " of poor health as separate dis-eases, illnesses, symptoms, etc. However all of them are simply " signs " the body is working hard at maintaining its health in spite of poor nutrition, toxins, etc., so all of those " signs " are actually normal body reactions. When taking drugs, like antibiotics, which are toxic/poisonous, the body reacts by creating detoxifying symptoms in order to get rid of them and/or minimize their effect on the body. This is called " inflammation " as explained in my article about it. I cannot access it right now, but do a search on my website for it: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/ All the best, Bee

I was addressing your use of the term " die-off. " As far as Candex is concerned your body will digest it just like it does any other carbs, and it is high in fibers, which we know are damaging to our bodies. Therefore your body will " have to " create bacteria in the large colon in order to break down the fibers in Candex, which are the cells walls of all carbs/plant foods. I have never had candida, but MMS removes fungus, parasites and a multitude of pathogens. My mother is allergic to sulfa and antibiotics, so this is a better alternative.
