Guest guest
> > Hello Bee, I read the rules so I will keep it brief-I hope. I believe I am a candida sufferer due to 9+ years on and off antibiotics for chronic sinuses. I was also given antibiotics and other " vaccinations " over 13 year period in the Army. By the grace of God I happen to go see a holistic/nutritionist MD who took me off the statin drug i was on because it nearly depleted my vitamin D level plus was surpressing my immune system ( i was on antibiotics 5 times in the 10 mos i was on the statin). Well, now I am on your diet and supplements (just started the coconut oil yesterday) and I have been having burning pains in my armpits and sides of my chest everyday, plus brain fog and irregular heart beats, constipation. My wife told me I had the burning before when I tried the threelac regimen but i dont remember the pain being like this! Is this normal? Also, lymph glands goind up and down in my neck, too. I look forward to hearing from you and want to express my sincere thanks for all you do. +++Hi Mike, Yes, all of your symptoms are normal because they are caused by your body healing itself naturally the way Nature intended. In fact the dis-ease processes are exactly the same as healing/ detoxifying processes, with the only difference being that a person on this healthy program is progressing towards health rather than becoming more and more unhealthy, or dis-eased. The medical field labels each and every " sign " of poor health as separate dis-eases, illnesses, symptoms, etc., however all of those " signs " are evidence the body is working hard at maintaining its health in spite of poor nutrition, toxins, etc. To understand healing processes better, and also how the body " retraces " all previous symptoms, diseases, illnesses, malfunctions, injuries, etc. see these articles: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/menu1_2.php You are so welcome for all I do. I'm honored and humbled to be able to help. The best in health, Bee
