Nutiva Coconut Oil

Y'all, I've been using different brands of oils and since I love coconut

oil anyway.... have been happy. I just tried a new brand, and the taste

is AMAZING..... I would love to just pour a glass, but know that is not a

wise thing to do. Can hardly wait till I'm up to my 6 tablespoons.....

Just wanted to share because I'm so very excited!!!! I got ours through our

food co-op but it's a widely available brand.

Will use up my other brands of course, but my massage therapist adds some

to the lotion she uses for me.... boy do I smell good. And the greasy

feeling goes away because it soaks right in. My husband will now use it on

his feet which crack horribly. Hey, it's a small start for him. He grew

up on gardens and fresh meats from the Amish. I grew up in the big city on

sad food so he's lot's healthier than I am. Sorry, am rambling. But to

encourage and make this on topic, some of us (myself) are all or nothing.

Start small and work up... You're more likely to make permanent changes

this way.

Until someone locally distributes Nutiva (and they probably should) I think this

is good way to get it. Hey, add some SHELLED HEMP SEED to your order from Nutiva

as well. I'm taking 1-3 tsp daily, and it's delicious. I put it on yogurt, nut

butters, salads or just eat it like a nutty treat. I think hemp is one of the

top 10 medicinal plants out there.

BTW, we usually get our CO from ALVIN SCHLENGEN or Wilderness Family. We get our

CLO from Green Pastures. These are also the brands of oil products we sold at

our former TF warehouse as we deemed them to be the best on all fronts.

Thank you. I'll have to check out the hemp seeds!!! sounds good. Anyone know

about chia seeds? is it just one big hype? I bought some just to try... I gotta

say, I like the flavor and sliminess.
