Guest guest
I found out almost a week ago that I have Candida, after 12 years of suffering, someone finally figured it out with a simple allergy test. Thank Goodness! But now I feel like this thing is invading my body. I have been on the diet for 6 days now, and I was starting to feel better when out of no where I was hit hard by all of my symptoms again. I am allergic to milk, peanuts, wheat, broccoli, Celiac's disease, as it is and now I'm dealing with Candida. So I have basically been eating: Breakfast: eggs w/ avocado Lunch: Arugula salad w/ olive oil, salt and pepper Dinner: roasted brussel sprouts w/ olive oil, salt, and pepper (after roasting), and steamed green beans with some olive oil salt and pepper. What am I doing wrong???

Which can be too overwhelming until one progresses further in their healing of their Candida issue. So perhaps for now, minimizing Olive oil or omitting it in your meals would be advisable, for you, to minimize being overwhelmed with these intense healing symptoms. Moreover, while some people with Candida can eat some raw vegetables/salads, some people cannot. Uncooked vegetables may cause bloating and gas for some people. So take that into consideration. , to get you started, here below, are the allowed foods and supplements you will want to first focus on acquiring. Guest guest
, Your diet seems to me to be lacking some important nutrients. You are not getting enough protien and fat. You should read the article, " How to Get Started " on Bee's website: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/intro1.php. This article lists all the things you need in your daily food intake, and all the things you need to leave out. If what you listed is typical, then you really need to add some things in. And just to give you an idea of what a program like this is like, here is and example of my daily menu: Breakfast: 3-4 eggs cooked in 2 Tbls butter (I actually consume ALL the butter). 1/2 cup fermented veggies. 2 TBLS Cod Liver Oil. 1 TBLS EVCO (Extra Virgin Coconut Oil). Herb Tea. Suppliments. Lunch: 3 or 4 oz meat or egg protien. 1/2 c cooked veggies, with 2 T coconut oil melted on top. Water, herb tea or lemonade. Small green salad with olive oil dressing. Suppliments. (I make sure I consume all the fat.) Supper: 3 or 4 oz meat or egg protien. 1/2 c cooked veggies, with 2 T coconut oil melted on top. Fresh stevia sweetened Lemonade. Small green salad with olive oil dressing. Bone stock soup with melted tallow, coconut oil, and/or schmaltz. Suppliments. (I make sure I consume all the fat.) Don't try to go on this type of diet all of a sudden, though. Gradually add in the things you are missing and gradually drop the things you don't need. Good luck, > > I found out almost a week ago that I have Candida, after 12 years of suffering, someone finally figured it out with a simple allergy test. Thank Goodness! Guest guest
Welcome to the group It is very nice to have the support on here especially when there is such a lack of it in " real life " . I know it can be overwhelming sometimes when we read so much information and find out what has been wrong with us for so many years. I'm sure a lot of people on this site have been suffering for years, including myself and now after 22 years I have finally found an answer. Remember to take it one day at a time though- because the last thing we want to do is get stressed out about whats wrong, how long it will take to fix, etc etc. Hope it goes well for you!!
