Guest guest
Hi there, I'm experiencing quite an uncomfortable low level feeling of adrenaline pumping round my body and wondered if this was normal within the scope of healing reactions/this program? My lifestyle is not stimulating in any way and I do the breathing exercises and take the supplements. I suspect this is an adrenal related symptom. The only recent changes I have made are adding a teaspoon of egg yolk daily after previously avoiding eggs for a couple of years due to an 'intolerance', adding 2 tablespoons of coconut oil after working up and 1 400iu of vitamin E. I'm fully on the diet. As I'm experiencing this chronically, and it feels different to healing/die off reactions where I feel flu-like, could it be that I'm struggling with these additions? I have experienced this wired and tired feeling allot in the past and am wondering if it could be retracing. Has anyone else experienced this? It's uncomfortable as there is seemingly nothing that can relieve this feeling which is with me most of the day every day. I know I'll probably get the response that I'm 'retracing'. Just wondered if anyone can personally attest to experiencing something similar either generally as a result of AF or during the introduction of healing foods where one previously thought they were sensitive. Many thanks,

When you get those feelings it is because your body is running on its fight/flight nervous system which can interfere with many body processes. > > My lifestyle is not stimulating in any way and I do the breathing exercises and take the supplements. I suspect this is an adrenal related symptom. +++Yes, it is adrenal related since they become overstressed by having to be constantly active. I think you may not be doing deep breathing enough or correctly. > > The only recent changes I have made are adding a teaspoon of egg yolk daily after previously avoiding eggs for a couple of years due to an 'intolerance', adding 2 tablespoons of coconut oil after working up and 1 400iu of vitamin E. I'm fully on the diet. +++Eggs are high in sulphur which is one of the most important minerals for detoxification, so your symptoms could increase when you start on eggs. > > As I'm experiencing this chronically, and it feels different to healing/die off reactions where I feel flu-like, could it be that I'm struggling with these additions? I think you need to feel more secure that you are going " towards health " instead of " towards dis - ease, " so please read more about healing naturally, including re-reading the retracing article: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/heal10.php > > Has anyone else experienced this? It's uncomfortable as there is seemingly nothing that can relieve this feeling which is with me most of the day every day. +++It is very common to feel like that, since your body is under a lot of stress trying to heal and detoxify itself. I also think you should do coffee enemas since they helped me when I felt just like you do when I was curing my candida. All the best, Bee
Guest guest
Thanks Bee, Certainly is a tough journey. I have over 30 symptoms at the tender age of 25 that span almost the entire range of adrenal, candida and gut dysbiosis symptoms. I tend to crave the foods I'm sensitive to and even with half a teaspoon of raw egg yolk I can feel this occuring (mouth generally salivates more, more anxiety etc). I'm assuming I should continue at this low level and try to work through it? I will try coffee enema's as my liver and colon are pretty jammed. The liver ache in particular makes me incredibly irritable. My stools are quite hard and difficult to pass at times and despite following your program and diet religiously, I think I'm struggling with certain red meats, sulphur foods and anything generally fibrous. I got up to 20 grams of vitamin C on the weekend in a bid to help the constipation but still didn't eliminate nought. I even took a 1 quart plain water enema and didn't eliminate anything. The fecal matter felt so compacted. Also did a caster oil pack, my fats are up, fiber low, on the HCL, blended meals, veggies very cooked, using both cal and mag etc. At least I'm coming round to the fact that the signs sort of make sense. I crave pretty much all sulphur foods such as onions, garlic, eggs, sauerkraut, and even things like broccoli and cauliflower. My body probably wants these to detox but the elimination channels aren't particularly open at the moment. Next stop I think will be your success stories page as I'm feeling a little overwhelmed and lacking confidence in my ability to heal with the tools on this program. Apologies but useful to let off some steam! Many thanks,
Guest guest
@@@ I have been having feelings like that here lately. Feels like someone is sitting on me so I can't breathe and also kind of an aggitated anxious feeling. I am in the process of a healing reaction that has lasted a week so far. Guest guest
I have felt for a lot of my adult life like I could never just get a good relaxed breathe, quite tight around the chest. I guess a bit like what asthma must feel like except it wasn't asthma. I hadn't really experienced it as a problem in the last few years though. But I have had these symptoms reappear on and off in the last few months doing the program. When I can't breathe properly I do start feeling anxious and I guess " wired " . This is definitely retracing for me. Hopefully coffee enemas will help you. Reading Success Stories is a good idea. You too can heal, but it takes patience, persistence and time. Try increasing your good fats to help your constipation. The best to you, Bee
