Will I be negatively affected by it since I'm in Menopause? +++Hi Gail, My recommended supplements do not include taking dessicated liver tabs, so you shouldn't be taking it. Your body is smart enough to balance out all of its nutrient and hormone levels along with everything else on this program without taking anything other than what is recommended. Also IF you believe your iron is low due to blood tests, see " Why You Shouldn't Rely on Blood Tests for Nutrient Levels " – July 16, 2010, Message #93109. Guest guest
OK....well now I feel like I'm going crazy.....somewhere on this site I read that we should be eating Liver. If you can't stomach it then freeze it and cut it into pill size and swallow it...and if you can't stomach that then take dessicrated liver. I'm trying to find out where I saw that....I was surfing your site the other day to make sure I'm taking everything I'm suppose to be taking...and came across that. That's why I thought I should be taking it? Gail (Curlygirl) > > > > I'm curious about eating so much iron with the high intake of protein and taking dessicated liver tabs. Guest guest
Hi Gail, I think this the page you were talking about. I found it by searching for liver pills: Anemia Treatments http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/treat2.php An easy enough test to see if you are low in iron is look at your nail beds. If they are blue, either you need more iron or more oxygen. Do Bee's breathing exercises and hum. Deep Breathing Exercises Help You Heal http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/breath4.php Irregular Heartbeats & Heart Palpitations http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/treat12.php Nan B. moderated --- " Gail " wrote: > > OK....well now I feel like I'm going crazy.....somewhere on this site I read that we should be eating Liver. Eating liver or taking pill-sized liver aren't on my candida program, even though there is an article on my website about it. There are many articles on my website that are helpful, but aren't part of any of my healthy programs. People surfing the net may be looking for natural treatments even when they don't follow my complete health programs. Only follow my candida program for foods and supplements needed. Guest guest
Thanks for your response Bee....So if eating liver once a week is advisable....should one take dessicated liver once a week? Just curious...I'm so, so tired...even more so since I've been on the diet...just 3 months now. I understand my body is working hard to get well. Just looking for something that help me not have to drag myself through life. Thanks, Gail > > > > OK....well now I feel like I'm going crazy.....somewhere on this site I read that we should be eating Liver. Taking all the suppliments and all the oils...I just have a diffiult time keep up on my carbs...that's always really low. thanks Again...Gail > > +++Hi Gail, > > It is always advisable to eat one serving of liver and also fish once a week, but if a person doesn't like them they can still get healthy. > > Eating liver or taking pill-sized liver aren't on my candida program, even though there is an article on my website about it. This is what I wrote below regarding liver consumption: " It is always advisable to eat one serving of liver and also fish once a week, but if a person doesn't like them they can still get healthy. " Note: You also wouldn't need to take dessicated liver once a week in order to get healthy. Bee
