Hi Bee,

Juat a couple of questions about fiber:

1. RE: Your statement above: I am kinda foggy about how to subtract fiber

from the veggie carb count. Can you explain that for me? Up to now, I have not

subtracted the fiber from my daily carb count and therefore am probably getting

less carbs than I think. Yes?

2. I have noted that in several articles, you advise cooking foods until the

fiber is completely broken down. If the fiber is completely broken down, do you

still subtract the fiber, or does thoroughly cooking food completely eliminate

fiber?

3. It seems like I remember that in one of your articles, you said that a

limited amount of raw vegetables is acceptable for people who are able to digest

them. How do you know if you are digesting them?

+++Yes you still subtract the fibers, since the fibers are included in the total

carb grams.
