I have noted that in several articles, you advise cooking foods until the fiber is completely broken down. If the fiber is completely broken down, do you still subtract the fiber, or does thoroughly cooking food completely eliminate fiber? 3. It seems like I remember that in one of your articles, you said that a limited amount of raw vegetables is acceptable for people who are able to digest them.
