Guest guest
Hi Bee, Is there anything specific that can help with the sensation of laboured breathing and 'air hunger' besides the plan itself? I've noticed during some periods, such as when expelling waste after some constipation and liver ache that this comes on more prominantly. It's no doubt tied into my other symptoms and a part of detoxing/healing reactions, however I was wondering if there was anything I might be able to try to help? I take most of the supplements including the vitamin C which I believe helps oxygenate the blood. I'm cautious of deep breathing exercises as I worry this may worsen my breathing when it's shallow. Is there anything you would recommend for this? Many thanks, Matt

I've written about this before so do a Message Search using " Air Hunger " to find them. No, deep breathing doesn't cause more problems, and instead it is very important when you have air hunger.
