You also cannot rely on websites like you wrote above for " proper nutrients. " Most of them are according to government RDA levels which aren't accurate at all! If taking the amount of vitamin A I recommend were a problem, no one on my program would be getting healthy like they are. Again, read the Success Stories, which aren't all the successes reported on this group over the 6 years it has been operating. I also have 14 more Success Stories to post on my website, when I get the time. Your body is smart enough to balance out all of its nutrient levels, hormones, correct organ malfunctions, etc. if it is given what it needs to do its job.
