Guest guest
Hi , I live in Sweden and I order from iHerb, the company Bee suggests on her website. Not only are the vitamins cheaper (even with shipping costs) but also I know I'm getting the right kinds of vitamins at the correct dosage. I don't know about Germany, but here many of the vitamins contain sugar, often as the first ingredient. If you order through iHerb, you might have to keep your orders under a certain amount so that you don't have to pay import duty. I have found that when my orders are below 40USD I'm okay. This means that I may make two separate orders on the same day to get everything I need. Also, if you use Bee's code (listed on her website) you will get 5 dollars off your first order and she will get credit for your purchase (a little way to thank her for helping us). Guest guest
Hi , only be careful not to order the cod liver oil or other high Vitamin A supplements in the same order. Vitamin A is a prescription drug in Germany at a certain level. I think this question came up before here. My feeling is that the " Garden of Life " is above that level, but make sure before You order. Maybe You can ask the customs (Zoll) what the limits are. Guest guest
Hi , I also live in Germany and organising supplements is a nightmare!  I am happy to share with you what I have found .... http://www.vanderbell.com/index.htmlI use this company for Calcium and Magnesium citrate (Solgars) although I just had a quick look and I found that the only Ca citrate is now with vit D. I ordered in bulk a few months ago but will obviously need to go searching again for something better. www.deltastar.nlHere you can get Nature's plus.  vit. B (Niacin) which is half the price of the NOW brand. www.webvitaal.nl/englishThey stock NOW products and are reliable. www.PureNature.deI used this company for the last lot of coconut oil. It is much cheaper than importing from the UK, although I wasn't really happy with the oil. Above 25deg, I could see a cloudy line moving around the lower half of the bottle, although one of Bee's posts mentioned that this could be solid oil that hasn't completely melted.  I might try it again. For Vit B flakes I use Dr Ritter Edelhefe.  I take one 50mg Vit B capsule, extra Niacin (tablet) and then 1 tablespoon of the flakes per day.  I get these flakes from my Reformhaus. Anyhow, this should help you a little. Best of luck. If you find anything better on your search, please let me know. Many thanks. Cheers  From: <jh28@...> Subject: [ ] Supplement suggestions in Germany or Europe in general? Date: Friday, September 10, 2010, 4:23 PM  Hello, does anybody have any recommendations of suppliers for the supplements mentioned on bees website in Germany?
