My symptoms vary, and they depend upon the kind of toxin. Sometimes I'll get a stuffy nose and have to blow it, like I did when I was helping my daughter clean her new cottage due to cleaning supplies used. It was mild and stopped when I walked outside. Since we detoxify more during the night there are times I'll get up in the morning and appear to have a cold, but I'll cough and blow for a short time and it stops. When I've had that happen with other people around they ask " Do you have a cold? " I say " No, I'm just cleaning out the pipes. " lol! I know when I've gotten MSG or MSG-like substances since I'll get a mild headache, which lasts an hour ? I find MSG is easy to avoid. Sometimes when I'm outside or in stores or malls my eyes start to water a little or my nose can start to get stuffy, and I know there's some kind of strong toxin in the area. Other times I'll sneeze a couple of times, or cough once or twice and stuff comes up, but that's it. Once in a while I get nauseated after eating out so I take baking soda and it stops. It's rare, but I've had vaginal discharge, a tiny amount which is usually green. I haven't had diarrhea for years and I never get any kind of skin eruptions.
