Hey guys...

Has anybody experienced feeling tired after eating a meal? ...to the point where

if you closed your eyes for long enough you would drift of asleep?

Ive been having this recently and Im wondering what might be the cause? Maybe my

digestive system is running overdrive and it is sapping energy away from me?

Hope to hear some interesting feedback.

Rick

Hey Rick. You can search back over the archives within the past month or so as

this topic came up then, while you await Bee's or another moderator's reply to

you.

+++Hi Rick,

It is very common to feel tired after eating when you are unhealthy. That is

caused by detoxification that releases more toxins into the system, and many

toxins, like drugs, will make you feel very tired.

The other cause is consuming foods not on the program or toxins in your foods or

drinks during the meal.

All the best, Bee
