I'm 40 & figure I have a few years to completely heal my gut so have become accustomed to the peaks & valleys of the diet. I'm wondering if I've been doing things right and need some insight - I've basically been eating all of the foods you recommend along with your supplements. I now crave the eggnog, having 6 raw eggs each day along with the 5.5 tbsp of coconut oil, cooked meats, bone broths, lacto-fermented veggies & low starch/low sugar cooked vegetables. I have been soaking nuts & lentils/navy beans, as well. I'm wondering if I've added nuts & lentils/navy beans too early. Is there a time that they should be added? My stools are sometimes loose/or not completely formed. I'm thinking it's die off instead of a food issue. Any insight would be great. Thanks!
