Hi Pam,

I didn't know you were having bone broth since wrote you were having soup.

In that case you wouldn't need to take cal/mag since 4 cups of " real " bone

broth provides enough.

I have been consuming 2 cups of bone broth daily. Does this mean I need to

reduce the amount of cal/mag, as well? If so, how much cal/mag should I be

taking/day?
