OK to eat SAME THING for every meal?

Bee and Gang, for the past few weeks I've been eating essentially the SAME THING

for every meal. The following is my basic meal:

*2 tbsp. of coconut oil

*2 tbsp. of butter

*4 oz. of chicken (or another meat)

*1/4 cup sauerkraut

*a few small pieces of ginger root

*a few olives

That's it ... SAME thing every meal.

Is this OK?
