Hi Bee, Thanks for responding to me so quickly. My name is Irma. I have asked a

few questions before but hit the send button prior to finishing my post.

I read the article on healing reaction. At the top there is a note saying not to

try the sauna's etc and only stick to the diet and nutrients, is this correct?

I am a bit confused on how the past dieting and retracing are connected. I

understand about past injuries and have experienced soreness in my fingers that

I broke as a child and a few other things, but I don't understand how past

dieting plays into this? I have read the article but I am very confused about

this?
