been sticking to that. And this alone should help with weight loss but it is

not.

+++Hi there. Welcome to our group. What is your name please?

It takes time for your body to normalize its weight, since it takes at least 4

months on my program to switch your body over from running on carbs/glucose to

running on fats. In the meantime weight can go up and down. The timing of 4

months starts once you are completely on the program, taking all supplements and

getting the lower range of your fat ratios.

If you've had weight issues in the past or dieted, etc. your body will also

" retrace " every episode while it is healing itself - see this article on

Retracing:

You can expect to have no energy, and be fatigued, since your body is working

harder and is utilizing all of its resources in order to heal and detoxify

itself - see this article on fatigue:

You cannot rely on individual nutrient breakdowns on fitday since they do not

have complete correct profiles for meats and eggs, which also contain potassium.

Be sure you slowly change over to this program, or you can get more healing and

detoxifying reactions than are necessary, so ensure you follow recommendations

in Curing Candida, How to Get Started:

All the best, Bee
