Guest guest Posted July 28, 2010 Report Share Posted July 28, 2010 Hi. I am hoping to have some of you guys give me your experiences and advise. I have been doing bee's diet for 3 weeks. Initially I lost about 6 lbs but 3 has came back. I understand this is a low carb, high fat protein diet and have been sticking to that. And this alone should help with weight loss but it is not. I have NO energy all this time, to the point that I am having trouble doing regular housework and taking care of my family. My husband and kids are starting to get a little upset about this. Does anyone have any advise? Also, I have been keeping track of my diet in fit day and have noticed that my sodium is higher then my potossium, I know this makes us retain water.
