Guest guest
Hi Gail, I know what you mean about looking 'anorexic' -- before I found Bee's web site, I knew I had bad candidiasis and gave up all grains, fruit, sweet veg, basically all non-veg carbs, and since I didn't know about the fat amounts needed with that kind of diet, though I did have butter and some coconut oil, I became way too thin (already slender before). NOW however, since I have this excellent program (THANK YOU Bee!), I've found that I do not lose too much weight, even gain it, and I am guessing it's a little more good fat than I need. Olives do it too; I went through a little 'olive binge' years ago and found that out. (I wouldn't recommend it; they were a little too salty.) Finally I had the energy to go to www.Fitday.com and see what my proportions are -- DO this program correctly -- and you know it's pretty easy with an extra TB of cocounut oil or two a day to get the proportions off in the direction of gaining weight. Maybe you aren't getting enough of these good fats? Coconut oil is the Queen of fat, to me. Someone else wrote last week about its wonders... it is a healing miracle! I just ordered another gallon from Nutiva; and the 58-ouncer I just got from them about three weeks ago is over three quarters gone.
