andra,

Thanks so much for the encouragement....I really need it and appreciate it. May

I ask how many months you were on the program before you started gaining your

weight back? I'm 5'7 " and now weigh

117. before I got sick I weighed 135lbs with a " C " cup....Thank goodness I wear

make-up otherwise I might get mistaken for a boy...;-) I'm confused

though..this diet includes alot of fat although it does not make you have much

fat on your body. I also know this program is suppose to heal the thyroid and

adrenals....so I would imagine it heals the whole endocrine system. The

endocrine system produces sex hormones and hormones need fat to work properly.

So maybe that is the answer...anyway...thanks again andra for the

support...(no pun intended...;-) ) Have a good evening....! Gail
