Guest guest
Hi Bee and everybody, I have written a response to Cassie's post " Yes I cheated but found out something that helped my resolve " and a question came up. My situation is that I have strong fatigue from MS, I cannot walk much further than a block and other symptoms. The diet has caused strong reactions, and that's a good thing. But after ca. 7 weeks I had to reintroduce brown rice. I was really not able to get up the stairs, all the homework is done by my husband, I even had a hard time to shower (and it's summer!). Also it really got worse over the weeks. The brown rice is a big help, since I had returned to my normal energy levels. Now my question: Is there any kind of guide line I can follow? Should I just go on or should I start to reduce the rice? Or should I wait a month and then reduce the rice slowly? Maybe I should use another carb than brown rice? Any ideas or experiences? Thank You, Pia
