Guest guest
Hi Bee after 8 months on the diet. i didn't feel like i did much progress, i'm still very tired and still got aches and pains but i started pondering on where i was heading before i started the diet. i was gaining weight, i had uncontrollable carb cravings and candida was taking over. i started a yeast infection that took nearly 2 months to clear up. it just seemed like i was on a downward spiral. so, aside from clearing the biggest yeast infection of my life. hubby didn't see much changes that warranted such a diet and me taking so many supplements so i sat down and started a list ... i realized that: - soon after i started Bee's diet, i was able to cut down my melatonin use from daily to maybe 2-3 times a month. - don't have carb cravings - i don't even feel the need to snack between meals anymore. - hypoglycemia is under control - lost 20 lbs so far - no longer need " super food " too boost my mood... hemp, chia, maca... - the dry, peeling skin on my lips is much better, so are my cracked heels and my dry skin is now soft. - small painful bumps that would appear spontaneously at the back of my throat haven't bothered me in a while. - i'm more resistant to sunburns and i'm starting to tan - after being chronically constipated for 13 years, it's much better, it's even too soft at times but i'm not complaining about that. - sinus are clearer with less post nasal drips. - less tartar/plaque build up. - i stink a bit less. i used to stink freshly out from the shower. - increased attention span. i can read a bit longer without falling asleep. - my menstrual cycle started being longer again. it had gotten shorter and shorter over the past 10 years. - libido started to return. had none since the kids were born. - for the past 2 years i was bleeding after intercourse and i haven't seen that happen for a while now. - i was also bleeding after bowel movements since my last pregnancy. that seems to have stopped too since on Bee's diet. there's nothing drastic about those changes but they add up and give me hope to recover from all my chronic fatigue/fibromyalgia symptoms over time. Thank you so much Bee! you give me real reasons to hope and keep going onward and upward. that is priceless God Bless you! Chantal
