That's correct, that massages aren't necessary for the purposes of

detoxification. The best massages are self-administered, which I recommend:

1) for digestive problems, i.e. ileocecal valve and abdominal massage

2) for liver congestion, the liver pump massage

3) hiatal hernia massage

You are right, that eating the good stuff means you won't build-up toxins.
