Guest guest
Hello Bee....I was doing a calculation on my ratios and noticed my betaine HCL contains calcium! I did not notice this before. I'm taking Betaine from Country Life: http://www.swansonvitamins.com/CRL187/ItemDetail?SourceCode=INTL405 & CAWELAID=129\ 498172 Would the calcium in this product affect my ratios? I don't know if I would truly absorbs all that it indicates is in each 2 tablet serving. I take 18 a day so it may affect my calcium ratios. I also take sauerkraut as my digestion does better with both. (I did get some leg cramping last night...so maybe all the fuss with my ratios is solved because I did not realize this product contains calcium) Any suggestions how i should calculate the calcium? I know you might suggest switching products but I still have 7 bottles of this stuff at 250 caps a piece. Thank you in advance for your advice, Care
