It's more cost effective to get the omega 3's from fish oil.  Thanks for your

help.

instead of fish liver oils? I would love to start a lifestyle with fish as a

daily food like the Japanese do.

I'm also the person who hasn't eaten fish in a long time because of fear of

+++Hi ,

3 ounces of most fish only contains 1 gram or less of omega 3. The highest is

salmon at 1.1 - 1.9 grams for 3 ounces, so you'd need to have 6 ounces to get

enough.

3 ounces contains the following grams of Omega 3:

Tuna 0.21–1.1

Pollock 0.45

Salmon 1.1–1.9

Cod 0.15–0.24

Catfish 0.22–0.3

Flounder 0.48

Grouper 0.23

Halibut 0.60–1.12

Mahi mahi 0.13

Orange roughy 0.028

Red snapper 0.29

Shark 0.83

Swordfish 0.97

Tilefish 0.90

King mackerel 0.36

To tranlates milligrams from grams add 3 zeros.
