Guest guest
Hi i recently had a live blood analysis done that showed candida in high amounts throughout my body. Was placed on Nystatin and told to eat a carb free diet, no sugars, free range meats etc. Now my doc was not really sure on what i should do about my hormone situation, he said thats prednisone hydrocortisone will feed the candida, i am on both of these to handle the direct t3 from Armour thyroid. I can however get off steroids and go back to levothyroxine with no real hassles, except then i feel rotten hypo. So would it be more harmful to stay on the steroids and provide a fuel source for the bugs or get off them and then suffer low body temps, which i know makes the bugs thrive, so which route should i go?? Also have people found when they went carb and sugar free to kill off their candida that they got reverse t3 dominance syndrome? Thanks for any replies, tricky buisness trying to get this right.
