Vitamin A dose

Hi, again!

You advocate that I take Vitamin A: 20,000 - 30,000 IU

I could only find the capsules with 5000IU (Retinyl palmitate). I was going to

take 4/day but I am a bit hesitant now after reading the warning on the back; it

says that when taking in excess of 10,000IU Vitamin A can cause birth defects.

I don't plan on getting pregnant again but accidents happen! Should I be

concerned?

I am also breastfeeding my 2.5yo daughter (still nursing strong). I am assuming

that all of these doses are still ok for me to take while breastfeeding.
