Guest guest
Hi, again! You advocate that I take Vitamin A: 20,000 - 30,000 IU I could only find the capsules with 5000IU (Retinyl palmitate). I was going to take 4/day but I am a bit hesitant now after reading the warning on the back; it says that when taking in excess of 10,000IU Vitamin A can cause birth defects. I don't plan on getting pregnant again but accidents happen! Should I be concerned? I am also breastfeeding my 2.5yo daughter (still nursing strong). I am assuming that all of these doses are still ok for me to take while breastfeeding. Elke
