Like a dummy, I made the BIG mistake of taking ONLY .......

one capsule of Caprylic acid......BEFORE reading Bee's up-dated site NOT to take

the herb (and then after taking it, reading that the product is a derivitive of

a quionolone (which should NOT be taken if a person is suceptible to kidney

stones).....and today having kidney area and back flank pain indicative of a

stone(s), it looks like I'll need to spend some time at Kidney Stone boards!

Thanks to Bee and several other posters here who replied yesterday to my

oral thrush/Fatigue (and now stone) issues.....this board is the most SUPPORTIVE

one on all of boards and is truely " FAMILY " . Thanks for all of

you.....sorry we have to " meet like this(lol) with all these yeast issues, but

there is better treatment comments here than any medical doctor could ever

give(or even know about!!!). Thanks again for your support. Shybasset
