You'd probably have to set up a Custom Food for it, according to instructions in this article - scroll down: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/foods9.php You are very welcome for my help. I'm honored and humbled at the same time. Bless you, Bee
Guest guest
Hi , 2 heaping tablespoons per day of Nutritional Yeast Flakes supplies all of the B Vitamins that we need on Bee's program. Quote: " Nutritional Yeast Flakes - ensure you buy the " flakes " and not just " nutritional yeast " of any kind, which are very different and will cause problems for candida sufferers. There are many good brands available, including Red Star, Frontier, NOW, etc. " It is on the page I gave you, Candida Supplements - Description & Doses http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/supp1.php#ac The other option is to take Vitamin B Complex pills + Niacin, instead. Nan B. Moderator >may i ask why we need to take nutritional yeast flakes as i thought yeast feeds candida am i wrong? ang

Guest guest
I'm wondering why a " serving " is two heaping tablespoons. That amount is said to contain 670% of B-1, 280% of B-3, 180% of folic acid, 10% of Pantothenic acid, 590% of B-2, 560% of B-6, 400% of B-12. It seems that ONE tablespoon per day would provide plenty of B vitamins in everything other than the Pantothenic acid (B-5), and there's only 10% of that in two heaping tablespoons. Can someone tell me why ONE heaping tablespoon per day would not suffice? Thanks, Dottie > > Hi , > > 2 heaping tablespoons per day of Nutritional Yeast Flakes supplies all of the B Vitamins that we need on Bee's program. > > Quote: " Nutritional Yeast Flakes - ensure you buy the " flakes " and not just " nutritional yeast " of any kind, which are very different and will cause problems for candida sufferers. Guest guest
Hi all, I'm wondering what the difference is between nutritional yeast flakes and nutritional yeast? I get my " nutritional yeast " from my organic food store and asked the owner today about this. He said the only difference was whether it comes in flake or powdered form, as long as it was nutritional that is, and not just yeast. Is this correct? I haven't had any adverse effects so am hoping I am taking the right thing. Thanks, > > > > Hi , > > > > 2 heaping tablespoons per day of Nutritional Yeast Flakes supplies all of the B Vitamins that we need on Bee's program. > > > > Quote: " Nutritional Yeast Flakes - ensure you buy the " flakes " and not just " nutritional yeast " of any kind, which are very different and will cause problems for candida sufferers. Those percentages above are the percent of RDA (Recommended Daily Amount) by the government, which are always way too low and isn't what your body actually needs. So that's why you need to take 2 heaping tablespoons. Bee
