Thanks for the program, menu and ideas. I archived both your posts and will

seriously consider implementing them.

Due to the increasing tough economy in conjunction with trying to maintain and

optimize my health in all aspects, this perhaps may be the most effective &

efficient approach.

Both your contributions in this regard are much appreciated.
