Bee's All Meat & Fat Program

1. Consume 20% meat/eggs and 80% " good " fats (calorie-wise, not volume or

grams). Fats include unrefined coconut oil, butter, lard, olive oil, cod liver

oil, and other natural occurring fats from animals. All meats and eggs contain

fats so they need to be considered when you total up your fats. Do this by

entering all of the meats and fats you eat into www.fitday.com and then scroll

down to the pie chart that shows how the calories are split, so you can adjust

your protein or fat up or down accordingly. NOTE: If you consume too little

fats with protein you can become constipated.

2. Do not consume any man-made fats of any kind, except extra virgin olive oil,

i.e. margarine, cooking oils and fats, etc. that are derived from canola,

safflower, sunflower, peanut, nut oils, seed oil, soybean oil, etc.

3. Consume the best meats you can afford, i.e. preferably organic or certified

organic, since they are higher in nutrients. Eat more red meats that other

kinds. Choose cuts of meat that contain the most fat in them - pork contains

the most fat and is considered a red meat. Have at least 2 servings of fish per

week.

4. Do not consume any processed meats of any kind, i.e. sausage, bacon, ham,

lunch meats, etc., unless you ensure ham and bacon not smoked or contain

nitrates, sulphites, salt, sugar, flavorings, spices, etc.

5. Drink at least 8 ounces of liquids with meals. You will find you will want

more water on an all meat and fat diet, so drink to thirst.

6. Do not snack between meals, since the production of hydrochloric acid (HCl)

in the stomach is almost shut down when there is food travelling through the

upper part of the small intestines. HCl is most important for protein

digestion.

7. If needed take Betaine hydrochloric acid supplements – see these

instructions: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/dig5.php

8. For cooking use coconut oil, butter, or lard; do not use olive oil.

9. Cook meats on low heat. Meats can be medium to rare, to taste. Overcooking

meats makes them lose moisture and packs the molecules closer together so they

are harder to digest.

10. Take all supplements listed on Bee's regular candida program.
