Hi Bee

Gosh, I wish I could help YOU!

As I read thru your articles and see grammar errors, I know you are just

exhausted and trying so hard to get the correct information out.

But I also know that when I'm reading something on the internet and see

grammar errors, I question the author's integrity. I don't want people to

question YOU: I think you have proven yourself. But, for some, first

impressions (the written word) can be a make-it or break-it deal...

Anyway, I was reading this article:

http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/weight/intro4.php

And found this:

" Example Program for Making Changes

Make this program your own. Get a large lined notebook to write down your

own step by step plan for changing over to this program from the suggestions

below. Include a target date for completing each step so you are completely

changed over to this program within 1 month to 6 weeks.

1. Start eliminating some A. Sugars (above), and B. Unnatural Fats and

oils (above). At the same time start to increasing good fats, i.e. butter,

coconut oil and extra virgin olive oil, and protein (if your intake was

quite low). Do not increase proteins at a faster rate than you increase good

fats, by trying to keep a balance of 20% protein to 60% fat (by calorie

count).>> If your protein intake was high you might need to lower it

temporarily until your are high enough<<. If you do not consume enough fats

in ratio to proteins it can cause constipation. "

I have noted the sentence that is missing a word(s) and needs to be

corrected.

Sorry for having to bring it up. Like I said, I sure wish I could be of

help.
