Vitamin C (aka. Ascorbic Acid)

Hello everyone,

I've been searching the information with no sucess to find out when does one

take the Vitamin C and what are the benefits of it. As you can see I'm having

difficulty in writing what I mean. So here it goes: Why do we start taking

4,000 at first and then increase by 1,000 each hour till we get a lose stool and

then decrease till we reach 4,000.

My question is when do we do this and what are the benefits? I will post

another message so you'll have a better idea of what I'm looking for.
