I changed my calcium and magnesium amounts from 1500 mg. each/day in divided doses to 500 mg calcium citrate in divided doses and 600 mg magnesium citrate in divided dose two days ago (even at Iherb I was unable to equalize the amounts of cal/mag with the supplements they have available). Last night I woke with leg cramps twice. Should I have made the change more gradually? Or, is this evidence that I need the greater amounts? Or?
