Guest guest
Kim - why would you want to cut back on coconut oil? > > > > My understanding is you want to ultimately consume 5.5 Tbsp coconut > > oil/day... > > > > , began 03/09/10 > > , > > Only because I got off the diet for several months. When I went back on I slammed my body into 5 tablespoons and felt like crap and could hardly function. So now im backing down to 3 and using other fats more. I actually felt much better today, walked 7 miles. I just hope the bloating stops for good! > > My period has been absent for 4 months so I dedicated to no hormone meat to see if this will help. All I got to say people, is if your doing well on the diet, don't get off! It sucks getting back on. +++Hi Kim, Meats wouldn't contain hormones anyway even if they are injecting hormones into the animals. That is because the animals body is just like ours, so the construction of their cells is made from nutrients, but DNA programming for cell construction doesn't include selecting hormones or toxins, etc. Also their bodies detoxify foreign substances like hormones, vaccines, antibiotics, etc. just like our bodies do. The major difference in meats is that animals getting more toxins won't be as healthy and the nutrients won't be as good. Candida toxins and all other toxins also interfere with your body's hormone production because they make all of the cell membranes rigid/stiff - read more details about that in this article: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/cabout1.php Cheers, Bee
