Ugh, miserable today

Hi,

I've been doing the diet for a few weeks now. And, in the last few days I've

decided to try the all meat & fats. Sometimes I've forgotten to have enough

coconut oil, and yesterday, I decided to try having about a clove of garlic. Is

it stronger than coconut oil?

Is that why I'm feeling miserable, a die-off reaction stronger than for coconut

oil?

Also, I would love to try an enema, but I'm too chicken.
