I was reviewing the dosages and have a question about calcium & magnesium. The supplement chart recommends a total of 600 mg of each per day. I am making my own calcium with egg shells. The egg shell recipe suggests taking 400 mg of each per day. Is this just a convenience for measuring out the egg shells? Which dosage should I aim for? -Just wanted to double check before I proceed. Thank you soooooooo much for the time you have already taken answering my questions. It is so comforting to know you are out there to ask.
