Mucous is produced when the body is detoxifying. The mucous then exits the body through the phlegm in the throat or in the the route of the stools. It just means your body is doing its job. Not to worry, this is a good thing! For the sake of mentioning, you cannot consume too much fat. Since the body will just eliminate the excess healthy fat it does not need.
