multivitamin and lower carbs

I have generally been eating more like 30grams of carbs a day and tons of

butter/coconut oil/ghee and even cleaning my plate of the oils. I do eat some

vegetables but generally none with fiber as it always seems to lock me up

digestion wise. I was taking enzymes and have almost stopped but noticed the

bloating came back really fast. As well as the gas.Previously when taking the

enzymes I had been digesting red meats really well which was amazing as I hadn't

done that in ages.I take 2 betaine caps usually with meals as perscribed by my

naturopath. I have a hard time giving up the multivitamin as it contains sooo

many things to help the body. Biotin, Gaba, zinc, chromium, selenium, copper,

iodine, some more b vitamins and a huge list of other hard to get nutrients all

generally chelated. The major downside is that it does contain enzymes. The multi

does contain a high dose of vitamin A as well. Oregon-health.com is the site to

see a list of ingredients. I take the betaine mid meal after the vegetables

generally during the protein course and have been advised to take it at the

beginning of the meal. I notice poorer digestion/bloating when I don't take the

enzymes. I have read Bee's instructions on taking betaine and know you guys from

on enzymes. I really don't want to lose the progress I have made in digestion

lately. God bless.
