Guest guest
Hi, I recently posted about allergies and adrenal fatigue. After I read the articles on adrenal fatigue and allergies I began to up my doses of vitamin c. Following the recommendations of the articles and the book Adrenal Fatigue, I took four to five thousand grams of vitamin c initially and then continued to take 1000 mg every hour, waiting for my bowels to become loose to indicate to me the amount my body needs. I never reached teh point of loose bowels so I stopped at 14,000 mg. After a few days of this I began to feel much better, more energetic, and my sinus congestion abated. I'm wondering if it is recommended that I continue to take such a high dose every day and I'm also wondering why I didn't reach the point of loose bowels..maybe I needed more? Also, I was wondering about breakfast choices. AT the moment, I'm eating eggs every day...i noticed the menus feature eggs every morning for breakfast...no chance of developing a sensitivity to eggs? Thanks, Samia Geraghty
