Guest guest
Up until 5 weeks ago I was taking Doxcycline for occular and facial cea. Usually when I stop the antibiotics my face turns red and people think that I am having a heart attack. Then my eyes turn red and all sorts of gooey stuff comes out and finally my face is covered with red sores full of pus. This has been going on for 3 1/2 years. So, I was prepared for the usual when I stopped this time. I stopped drinking wine, eating fruit, grains, dairy and started the CO and eating meat. I don't esp.like eating veggies but do like kim chee. My drink of choice has always been water. I have never taken supplements, but have purchased them and am gradually adding them to my diet. I started the diet almost 4 weeks ago. What a change I have seen: My face turned slightly red, but my eyes have stayed clear. The sores have come, but quickly dry up and are gone. It is amazing. I know that my body must have a lot of fungas for it to effect my eyes and face, but I have had no other symptoms of any kind. My questions are: Is this a forever diet or will I need to eventually alter it? Do I need the veggies? If not, what can replace them? Thanks, Lois

Good for you! cea and all other kinds of abnormal skin eruptions are toxins coming out through the skin, including moles, rashes, psoriasis, eczema, ringworm, aging spots, freckles, warts, acne, skin tags, etc. Veggies aren't necessary for human health since you can get all of the nutrients needed from only meats and good fats. That's why the Eskimos are so healthy on an all meat and fat diet. It takes 1 month of natural healing for every year you've been unhealthy, and for most people today that is since before they were born. This has proved to be an overall healing program that improves anyone's health - see these Success Stories: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/success/index.php Most people realize they cannot go back to eating the way they did before since that is what caused them to be unhealthy. In order to maintain life-long health we must: 1) Consume " proper nutrients " (diet plus supplements with some modifications when you are healthy again), 2) Eliminate toxins and foods that feed candida (they also feed bacteria and cancer), 3) Eliminate damaging foods, and 4) Eliminate toxins in general. The best in health, Bee
Guest guest
Thank you for all the info. From: algaelady1 <carol@...> Subject: Re: cea Coconut Oil Date: Thursday, October 28, 2010, 6:53 AM Â The skin is a reflection of your internal organs and how healthy or unhealthy they are. The skin is kind of like a mirror of what's happening in the deep layers of the body. If your internal detoxification organs (intestine, liver, kidneys) are working properly and doing their daily job of detoxification and they are not overburdened (congested), then the skin will feel soft, and look beautiful. The skin is the largest elimination organ, and it'll take over the burden of elimination when you are out of balance internally - when your detoxification organs are congested and cannot do their job, specifically the intestinal tract, liver, and kidneys. When the body is out of balance, it's prone to a lot of physical problems, for instance skin problems. People with healthy immune systems, good digestion, and ample nutrition live relatively free of physical discomfort. When the liver is congested and cannot perform its eliminative function, waste matter (toxins) is thrown into the blood stream. Toxic blood must discharge its toxins, so nature uses vicarious avenues of elimination or substitutes. The lungs, therefore, will take over the task of eliminating some of the wastes that should have gone through the kidneys, or the skin will take over for the liver. If the bile poisons in the blood come out through the skin, we get the various irritations of the skin, such as boils, carbuncles, acne, etc. Thus, the skin is substituting for the liver, or a vicarious elimination is occurring through the skin. The best cure for your skin is to eat the best diet (for instance, eliminate the " bad guys " like sugar, caffeine, dairy, gluten; and add in lots of green foods), and get your detox system working better by adding whole food supplements to support the internal organs. By supporting the immune system, supporting the digestive tract, and supplementing micronutrients and antioxidants, it will really benefit anyone suffering from any type of physical discomfort. And if we don't improve the immune system, digestion, and overall nutrition, even going to a doctor with medical intervention won't achieve the results you want, since doctors normally just treat the symptoms. Keep in mind that the skin is the largest elimination organ and whatever the body is trying to eliminate through the skin, you just have to let it happen and not cover the symptoms with medications. When you understand the relationship between nutrition and health, you can understand that the miracle of healing lies in your own body, and all that you have to do is eat well and give yourself the foundation of probiotics, enzymes, and micronutritents. First, build your friendly bacteria population in the intestinal tract to keep the immune system strong with Acidophilus (http://tinyurl.com/24ajq) and Bifidus (http://www.tinyurl.com/26rur) Second, since cooked food is processed and there is no enzymatic activity, add plant-based enzymes to aid in digestion (http://www.tinyurl.com/mkwo). And third, add micronutrients to fill in the gaps in your nutrition (http://tinyurl.com/g1iz) and (http://tinyurl.com/iw4k). Antioxidant lotion with Beta Glucan (http://tinyurl.com/2q4md) - (Beta glucan is an antioxidant and will help stimulate the skin's immune system and hasten the skin's repair from damage.) These supplements are based on real food and are natural and/or organic. Whole food supplementation and a slight change in your diet is the most sensible way to address skin problems. > > What are your recommendations for that? Guest guest
Bee, I've been reading through your files on rosacea. Is it best to melt the coconut oil into a liquid form before applying? As you know, it's almost like a paste/salve at room temp. It seems like it would be easier in a liquid form. Would it then blend with the cod liver oil or do you wait a certain time between applying each? Chris

If your cupboard or area you keep it in is warm enough it will be liquid, that's why I keep mine on top of the fridge. Cheers, Bee
