No worries ;-] , I believe the concern is the idea of Avidin in raw egg whites making biotin unavailable, which is not a concern. Moreover, you would be consuming the whole egg, which is packed full of nutrients ... compared to just the Egg white alone. I have calculated the cost and benefits of Blue Ice compared to Garden of Life Cod Liver Oil. One of the best sources is Nature itself. Animals who consume raw eggs don't stop to remove the whites, and they have no problems digesting protein. If they did, we would have heard how certain species of animals became sick and/or extinct due to high egg white consumption. lol! +++Also a Chapter Leader at WAPF, Herbert Nehrlich, who is an Orthomolecular Physician, and I have been on many WAPF Forums in the past and have emailed back and forth. He says the same thing about animals in the wild regarding raw egg whites and digesting protein. +++I'm finding WAPF tends to isolate substances in good unadulterated foods and claim, from research findings, that they cause health issues or problems and I don't agree with that. There are many substances in foods, when isolated from the whole food, may appear to act in a certain way in a laboratory but not inside the Human body. +++Good " whole " foods don't cause health problems. These are the causes of ill and failing health, dis-ease, degeneration, etc.: 1. Lack of proper nutrition and oxygen. 2. Accumulation of toxins, poisons, and waste. 3. Lowered vitality due to stress, shock, injury, emotional upsets, relationship or financial worries and concerns, etc. 4.
