Hi Bee,

I remember reading in a post where you said we shouldn't worry about meat

wrapped in plastic, because it's not acidic, so it won't leach toxins. So how

about bottled water? It's not safe at all?

I will go on vacation for a few weeks and I can't take the Brita water filter, I

will drink bottled water. Is this a bad idea?

Ina.

+++Hi Ina,

I had a horrible experience with bottled water a few years ago. My boss kept it

on hand in our fridge, and I had a bottle at my desk and drank some of it the

first day.

The next morning I was having my Egg Drink and taking supplements. The Egg

Drink was getting thick so I quick grabbed the bottle of water and downed it.

Oh my goodness I thought I was going to die, since it was all horrible fumes I

breathed in, like I was gassed. Another guy heard me choking and started

towards my office, but by the time he got there I had recovered enough.

So decide for yourself if you can't get bottled water in safe plastic bottles.

Hi Bee;

I also had a bad experience with bottled water. I haven't touched it since, but

I may be on the road and have no choice,

" Any safe brands u can recommend? "

Thanks;

+++Hi Jeanne,

I'd rather drink tap water anywhere than buy bottled water, and I take my own

Britta filtered water when I'm on the road in safe plastic containers.

Check the bottom of plastic bottles for the number in the triangle, and refer to

the new message I just posted that explains what the numbers mean.

Thanks Bee, also how do u eat safely on the road? I'm very chemical sensitive.

Your advice would be for a very long road trip.

Thanks;

Jeanne

+++Hi Jeanne,

I'm very healthy, so I'm not too concerned about eating some bad foods if

necessary. I detoxify efficiently and quickly too.

However, I take foods with me in a cooler, along with cod liver oil, coconut

oil, ocean sea salt and supplements.

I ask for hamburger, chicken breasts, or other meats without the bun or

condiments. Poached eggs are safe, and also steak (without sauces), etc.

Search our messages for many other tips and ideas while travelling, and also

post another message with a good Subject, so other members can help too.

Cheers, Bee

Hi Jeanne,

I dump out store water bottles, rinse and refill with my own brita filtered

water. I also make my electrolite drink and pour it in the bottles for travel. I

try to drink it within a day, if not, I dump it out and refill. If you only have

access to chlorinated tap water, it takes a day for it to evaporate out of an

open glass and maybe 2 from an open half gallon container. setting it in the sun

or over a magnet speeds it up. One or 2 drops of the 35% hydrogen peroxide will

also remove chlorine from a glass of water.

Another handy way to get drinking water is when you are at a restaurant ask for

additional waters and fill your containers. From what I understand, you are

better off pouring out the water from a plastic bottle that has been on the

shelf for weeks and filling it with ordinary tap water to drink, than to drink a

bottle straight from the store.

Other methods are to carry your own glass water bottles or car cup.
