We're challenging concepts we've believed for a long time. Our bodies and tastes are changing what we've been long used to. And, we're detoxing our bodies, too. All of this can be challenging, and it would be rare not to have some kind of reaction. So, give yourself space to have reactions, and then, healing not only physically, but just as importantly, emotionally can happen as well, too. Detox and emotions often go hand in hand, and it's often exactly what we need.
