Guest guest
Hi Guys, On Bees main website it says to get the B complex dosage there are " two alternatives " ... 1. Nutritional Yeast Flakes 2. Vit B Complex Tablets. The way Im reading it it sounds thats its one or the other (as long at Vit B tablets have sufficient Niacin in them). Then in the Niacin page it says " Niacin should always be taken with vitamin B complex " . The Yeast Flakes I have purchased have this: serving size 16g Sodium 5.2mg Potassium 320mg B1 9.6mg Niacin 56mg B2 9.6mg B6 9.6mg B12 8ug Im not sure how much 16g of Yeast Flake is? How is everyone else including Nutritional Yeast Flakes into the Vit B intake? Are you also supplementing with tablets? Thanks in advance Rick
