I ran out and would love a clean organic liquid one.I use a brand called Emerald

Laboratories made by ultralaboratories.com and it is co-enzymated and very clean

and non irradiated and gluten free but it does derive alot of and have extra

enzymes and such from lots of plants and things that I just don't know are

necessary. It is basically allergen free and certainly states yeast free and

sugar free.It does contain the Choline and Inositol and Biotin i think is the

third one and really is a great product. Just wondering what other people use

that might be exipient and additive free. God bless and thank you.

+++Adam, most people on my program take either Natural Factors Vitamin B complex

or Nutritional Yeast " Flakes " as listed on my iHerb page:

http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/resource/iherb.php

It isn't important nor necessary to get the ideal, which would be concentrated

foods anyone and too costly. People on this program are doing great with the

supplements I recommend, so don't make it more difficult for yourself.

Extra enzymes aren't going to help anyone since they are neutralized by stomach

acid, since they only work in the alkaline environment in the mouth or in the

intestines.

Hi Bee,

I see that there are two brands of nutritional yeast flakes that you recommend

(Now Foods and Kal). How should they be taken? According to the serving

specified on the container? Two times a day like we take the vit B comlex? Or

that is a serving size for one day?

The two brands have different amounts of vitamins so does it matter which one we

choose?

Thanks, Ina.

+++Hi Ina. No, it doesn't matter which brand you use.

Take two (2) heaping tablespoons mixed into water, soup, Bee's Egg Drink or

other foods per day. It has a nutty flavor which most people like. It contains

Niacin (B3) which will cause a flush, including red and itchy skin, which is

nothing to be concerned about.

Nutritional Yeast Flakes Dose: Take two (2) heaping tablespoons per day (in 2

separate doses) mixed into water or other liquids, or into foods, and with

complete meals.
