I have pondered this but haven't been able to come up with any rational explanation. I would have thought that if my body is starting to sort itself out, the insulin resistance and tolerance ought to be lowering, not increasing! +++Hi Ali. The very worst sugar for our bodies is fructose because it does " not trigger insulin production " in order to lower blood sugar levels like other sugars do. > > PS. The Mag Citrate capsules I have are 200mg. Rather than break a tablet in half (they are quite hard to break), is it ok to have say two in the morning and one in the afternoon to get my 600mg please? > +++Yes, that's okay.
